General Report

General Report

This report allows you to filter your tickets by multiple fields and includes statistics data for each project:

  • general project stats
  • filter tickets by date range, ticket creator or assignee, stage, tags, color
  • include/exclude archived tickets
  • include/exclude ticket notes
  • include/exclude ticket fields columns (custom fields as well)
  • include/exclude extra columns with stats — ticket closing time, difference between closing and "required by" dates, and time spent in each column
  • export tickets into CSV or Excel
  • print view

  • Cumulative and Bottlenecks graphs
  • filter tickets by date range, ticket creator or assignee
  • exclude/include specific workflow stages
  • exclude/include archived tickets
  • show the list of tickets included in the report
  • export tickets into CSV or Excel
  • print view
