Google Gmail integration
Create tickets directly from your Gmail emails
Select any email, then click on smartQ add-on icon to open the "Create new ticket" form. A new smartQ ticket will be created, with all information contained in the email, including file attachments.
You can install the add-on from the G Suite Marketplace.
