Now you can resize the panels in screens with dual panel layout, like List View, Dashboard, Ticket View, Reports, etc.:
The redesigned Ticket View now auto-refreshes, ensuring you see new notes instantly without needing to reload manually. Resizable panels and a responsive ticket field layout adapt seamlessly to any screen size.
Plus, notes drafts are automatically saved, so you won’t lose your input even if your browser or computer crashes.
New Report
